We have been closely monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments. We have made the decision to cancel the SCCE Basic Compliance and Ethics Academy scheduled October 19-22 in Washington, DC.
Our Basic Academies are ideal for professionals with some compliance knowledge and experience who are ready to support, enhance and manage a comprehensive compliance program. They are taught by compliance professionals, hand-selected for their experience and teaching skills.
Topics include compliance policies and procedures, education and training, risk assessment, auditing and monitoring, conflicts of interest, and anti-corruption and bribery.
- Course materials are provided onsite on the first day of the academy. This includes a binder containing all course materials and a one-year access to the online version of The Complete Compliance and Ethics Manual
- Opportunities are provided for networking with both faculty and peers, during lunches and extended break times.

Academies are limited to 40 participants and typically sell out several weeks, if not months, in advance. Consequently, we encourage prospective attendees to enroll as early as possible.
