Technical difficulties? If you have trouble logging in or unable to see the event landing page, please try the following:
Accessing the Live Streaming of the Conference
- To log in, you must use the email address which was sent to you (it may be your SCCE & HCCA profile email or a generic email). Use the password that was provided, which cannot be updated.
- Check your internet connection: An internet connection is required, and an ethernet connection is recommended over Wi-Fi.
- Change your browser: If you see a black box or no visible player on your screen, try using a different web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best compatibility.
- Delete your cookies: If you are already on one of the recommended browsers, try deleting your cookies.
- Disable your firewall settings: If you are on a company computer or a computer that is connected to a VPN, there may be a firewall setting blocking the player from showing. Please disconnect from your VPN.
- You can also ask your company to whitelist our event platform domain [https://www.splivestream.com/].
- Access the site on a personal device like a phone or tablet may allow you to log in.
- If you lose audio or player freezes, try refreshing your browser or log out and log back in.
Accessing the Handout related to the Conferences
- Use the link provided in the Welcome email and log in using your SCCE & HCCA profile email and password (different from the Event access)
- You can also log into your SCCE & HCCA profile and use the On Demand Learning menu button on the left-hand side menu. Once you reach the On Demand Learning site you can click on- your name on the top right then on My Activity and your purchased Content will have the handouts listed.
