Service Award
The Distinguished Lifetime Compliance Professional Service Award recognizes an individual who has provided exemplary service to the compliance profession through sustained leadership, service, and career-long contributions.
Nomination Process
All nominations must be submitted through the online nomination application. Candidates must be nominated by an individual other than themselves. Self-nominations are not permitted.
Once nominations close, submissions will be reviewed by the SCCE Awards Selection Committee. If a recipient is selected, they will be recognized at the annual Compliance and Ethics Institute.
Award Criteria
Career-Long Service
Nominees should demonstrate sustained commitment to the compliance profession, typically through decades of involvement and leadership.
Professional Impact
Nominees should have made significant contributions that advanced the field of compliance, such as developing best practices, influencing policy, or mentoring future leaders.
Service to SCCE
Nominees should have actively participated in and provided exceptional service to SCCE, preferably through decades of service.
Eligibility
- The nominee must have been, at some point in their career, a member of SCCE.
- The nominee must have held, at some point in their career, a certification issued by SCCE, including CCEP or CCEP-I.
- All candidates must be nominated by someone other than themselves.
- Self-nominations are not permitted.
- No current SCCE/HCCA Board member is eligible while serving on the Board.
