Submit a proposal to speak at the 2026 European Compliance and Ethics Institute taking place 2 - 4 March, 2026 in Berlin, Germany.
Submission Dates:
Submissions will be accepted between 1 June –31 July, 2025. Late submissions and applications not submitted through the online form will not be considered.

- Panels (no more than three speakers including moderator)
- Fireside chats

Submission Requirements
- Session Title
- Presenters and co-presenters: names, titles, organizations, and emails (no more than three presenters per session)
- Biography of each presenter (no longer than 1 page each)
- Program Level (see definitions below)
- Three brief bullet points explaining what attendees will learn from your session (each bullet limited to 100 characters)
Additional Information
PLEASE NOTE: Members of the SCCE & HCCA enjoy preference for speaking slots. The only exception is for government speakers.
- SCCE seeks a variety of single-speaker and multiple-speaker sessions (not to exceed 3 speakers per session). When submitting a multiple-speaker session proposal, we value diverse perspectives among the co-presenters (e.g. from different employers, blend of internal compliance professionals and outside advisors, etc.). No more than one presenter from a given vendor can be included in the panel.
- Program Levels Definitions:
- Basic - Program knowledge level most beneficial to Compliance Professionals new to a skill or an attribute. These individuals are often at the staff or entry level in organizations, although such programs may also benefit a seasoned professional with limited exposure to the area.
- Intermediate - Program knowledge level that builds on a basic program, most appropriate for Compliance Professionals with detailed knowledge in an area. Such persons are often at a mid-level within the organization, with operational or supervisory responsibilities, or both.
- Advanced - Program knowledge level most useful for individuals with mastery of the particular topic. This level focuses on the development of in-depth knowledge, a variety of skills, or a broader range of applications. Advanced level programs are often appropriate for seasoned professionals within organizations; however, they may also be beneficial for other professionals with specialized knowledge in a subject area.
- Sessions are either 75 or 60 minutes.
