The European Compliance & Ethics Institute is one of Europe's premier educational events for compliance and ethics professionals. We are seeking engaging, practical, and thought-provoking presentations that help attendees navigate today's rapidly evolving regulatory, ethical, and business environment.
The 2027 European Compliance & Ethics Institute will take place 8-10 March in Prague, Czech Republic.
Proposal Submission Window: Submissions will be accepted from 1 July through 31 July 2026. Late submissions and proposals not submitted through the online submission portal will not be considered.

Presentation Formats
We welcome a variety of presentation formats, including:
- Solo presentations
- Panel discussions, with a maximum of three speakers including the moderator
- Interactive roundtable discussions
Preference may be given to sessions that incorporate audience engagement, practical tools, and real-world application.
Submission Requirements
Please be prepared to provide:
- Session title
- Presenter and co-presenter information, including names, titles, organizations, and email addresses
- Presenter biographies, maximum one page per presenter
- Program level designation: Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced
- Three concise learning objectives describing what attendees will gain from the session
Speaker limits:
- Maximum of two presenters for a 60-minute session
- Maximum of three presenters for a 75-minute session or panel discussion
What Makes a Strong Proposal?
Competitive submissions typically:
- Address emerging compliance and ethics challenges
- Share practical tools, frameworks, and lessons learned
- Include real-world examples and case studies
- Offer actionable takeaways attendees can implement immediately
- Present diverse perspectives and experiences
For multi-speaker sessions, SCCE encourages presenters from different organizations and professional backgrounds. Panels that combine internal compliance practitioners, business leaders, and external advisors are especially encouraged.
To promote a diversity of perspectives, no more than one representative from the same consulting firm, law firm, or similar service provider organization may participate in a panel presentation. This limitation does not apply to in-house compliance professionals or other practitioners speaking on behalf of their employer.
