Practice Exam Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of all practice exams and sample question sets provided by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)^®. By accessing or using these materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

Intended Use and Candidate Eligibility

Practice exams and sample question sets are optional self-assessment tools intended solely for individual use by approved and eligible exam candidates. These resources are designed to help candidates:

• Familiarize themselves with exam structure and question style,
• Build comfort with the testing environment, and
• Identify areas for additional study.
  Access to practice exams is limited to candidates with active eligibility. Access to free sample question sets may be available more broadly to potential candidates, but all use is subject to these Terms.

Intellectual Property Protection

All practice exams, sample questions, and related materials are the intellectual property of the Board.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, recorded, distributed, shared, or posted in any form without express written permission.
• Unauthorized use may result in immediate loss of access and/or further action under program policy or law.
  These restrictions apply whether the resource is free or purchased.

Access Restrictions

• Practice exam access is granted only while eligibility remains active.
• If eligibility lapses, access ends, and repurchase is required once eligibility is reestablished.
• Content remains consistent across repurchases.
• Candidates are responsible for verifying eligibility dates prior to purchase.

Refund Policy

Access is immediate upon purchase. No refunds are issued once access has been granted, regardless of completion status or remaining eligibility. No refunds apply to free sample sets.

Predictive Value and Content Source

• Practice exams and sample sets contain retired or representative questions, not live exam items.
• They are intended to familiarize candidates with format, structure, and functionality.
• Performance is not predictive of actual certification exam results.
• Use is not required and does not guarantee success.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

These materials are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Board does not guarantee exam performance and is not liable or responsible for any decisions, outcomes, or interpretations based on practice exam or sample set performance.

Candidate Responsibility

By accessing these materials, you agree to:

• Use the content for personal study purposes only,
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all content,
• Comply fully with these Terms of Use, and
• Acknowledge that violations may result in loss of access or further action.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of the materials constitutes acceptance of the changes.
